Warranty & Return Policy

 

Warranty:

 

Grilling Gear UK Ltd offers a limited 3-year warranty against burnout of steel on all grills. This warranty does not apply if the grill has not been used and properly maintained following the instructions supplied with the product, at the time of original purchase. 

 

Rust and lack of maintenance are not covered by this limited warranty. As with most companies, any High Temp Coating or weather protection coating (Oil Finish) is not covered by the warranty.

 

Accessories are not covered by the warranty.

 

Refund & Return Policy:

 

Returns and/or refunds will be accepted if the goods received are damaged through delivery. We ask that you report any damage ideally within 7 days, but under UK consumer law, you have up to 30 days from delivery to request a refund if goods are faulty or not as described.

 

We will work with you to rectify any issues/damages present on delivery.

 

Delivery charges (including any premium delivery charges) will not be refunded.

 

If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Before returning your item, please contact us with your name and order number and you will be provided with a return reference number and details.

 

Refund if applicable:

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Cancellation Rights (Change of Mind)

If you have purchased from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. Please email us at grillinggearuk@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. We will refund the full cost of the item(s) and the basic delivery charge paid at the time of ordering. Please note that we will not refund any premium or express delivery charges you may have chosen at checkout.

If the goods are handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
